Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, corn flour, dextrose, sweet whey, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, sweet cream buttermilk.

Pancake Directions:
2 cups mix
1 1/3 cup of cold water
Optional: 1 egg or 2 tbsp of melted butter or oil
Preheat non-stick or lightly-greased griddle to 350°F. Whisk ingredients together until batter is smooth. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly-greased griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry. Flip and brown the other side.

2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preheat waffle iron. Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour batter onto hot, lightly-greased or non-stick waffle iron and bake according to waffle iron manufacturers directions.
