Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available Monday-Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm. Orders placed for pickup are ready within 4 hours or sooner. An email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. If an order is placed an hour before we close, it will not be ready until the next day.
- If you prefer to meet us curbside please call ahead to arrange a time & for further instructions.
Shipping
- Orders placed by customers online will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Local shipping is offered as well.
- If you need assistance with your order please contact us immediately at 409-220-3148. Orders cannot be modified once it is shipped.
- Always review and ensure that you have entered the correct address information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery error we will order a refund and ask you to re-order your shipment.
FAQ Shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
